SHANE WILLIAMS WILL BE VISITING EVERY CAMP

Shane Williams was born in Morriston, near Swansea, but grew up in Glanamman in the Amman Valley and has to date played 69 caps for Wales, 4 caps for the British and Irish Lions and has scored record 50 tries.
He is the second leading test try scorer of all time behind Australia’s David Campese and has scored the most number of tries by any Welshman. Shane earned his first cap for wales at the age of 22 against France in 1999-2000 Six Nations season. In this tournament, on his first full start for Wales he scored a try against Italy.
He has been part of 2 Grand Slam winning teams in 2005 and 2009. In 2005 he scored tries against England, Italy and Scotland, surpassing this in 2008 with tries against Soctland, Ireland, France and two against Italy.
Shane has been selected for two British and Irish Lions Tours, in 2005 against the All Blacks and in 2009 against South Africa scoring 2 tries in the final test of the series,a thumping 28 points to 9 victory over the Springboks, earning Shane the Man of the Match award.
Off the rugby park, on 23rd of November 2008, Shane became the first Welshman to be named IRB International Player of the Year, beating players such as New Zealands Dan Carter to the title.
In 2008, he also won the BBC Welsh Sports Personality Of The Year
