An action packed fun filled week for children aged 7-16 years covering every aspect of rugby coaching, designed to build on existing talent and unearth future stars. A unique rugby coaching opportunity!

Meet Shane Williams, learn what it takes to be a professional rugby player. Speed agility and quickness sessions and nutrition sessions with our “fuel for sport” programme..

Age appropriate coaching in the following: Speed, handling, passing, rucking, mauling, scrums (age specific), line outs, chip kicks, box kicks, place kicks and decision making.

All coaches are WRFU and RFU qualified and CRB cleared.

Groups based on ages, abilities and experience of attendees.
